We want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all rugs in their original, unused condition. Please note that a $25 processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your rug with the pile facing inward and secure it in its original packaging or a heavy-duty shipping plastic to prevent damage.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
