How does the Ruggable rug system work?
Our patented rug system comes in two parts: a lightweight, machine-washable Rug Cover and a non-slip Rug Pad. Simply peel the cover off the pad to wash it in your home laundry machine whenever it gets dirty.
Are all Ruggable rugs machine-washable?
Yes! Every Rug Cover we sell is designed to fit in a standard household washing machine. For larger sizes like 9x12, we recommend using a high-capacity front-load washer for the best results.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund minus a small processing fee.
How long does shipping take?
Since our rugs are made-to-order to reduce waste, shipping typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I use the Rug Pad on heated floors?
Yes, our Classic and Cushioned Rug Pads are safe for use on heated floors. They are made from high-quality materials that do not off-gas or degrade under standard home heating temperatures.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and select countries in Europe and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your specific location.
